Habitat First Group is a family-run business. Having launched Lower Mill Estate in The Cotswolds in 1999, the company went on to launch Silverlake, Dorset in 2011 and has a number of other exciting projects in the pipeline, including Birchwood Estate in North Devon. The Estates combine ecology, architecture and community to help your family to thrive and enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature. The Paxton family continues to run Habitat First Group to this day and the family touch can be felt in everything that we do.

Goldeneye is a modern and comfortable ground-floor three-bedroom apartment within the Leda Apartments, benefiting from a west-facing aspect with an outdoor decking area with seating. The apartment accommodates up to six guests and is within a five-minute walk of the on-site Spa & Restaurant. Goldeneye has an open-plan lounge/diner and kitchen, which is well-equipped to accommodate six guests. The accommodation is bright and airy and benefits from bi-fold doors onto a private deck. There are three bedrooms, of which the master double includes an en-suite shower room. There is also a double bedroom, bunk room, and family bathroom. A spacious west-facing deck completes this property and offers the chance for al fresco dining and outside seating for six. Please note this property is dog friendly.
