Welcome to our luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment located within the Suffolks area of Cheltenham. Overlooking the prestigious Cheltenham College and located a short walk from the vibrant Bath Road with its host of individual shops, cafes and restaurants. The property has two spacious bedrooms both with double beds and ample wardrobe and drawer space. The principal bedroom has an ensuite shower room with large walk in shower. There is also a separate family bathroom with a separate walk in shower and bath. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots/pan/dinner ware/cutlery/glassware. The dining area has a 4 seater dining table as well as spacious sofa perfect for relaxing on. Parking is located onsite for 1 vehicle ONLY! There is also an EV charger which is an additional cost and is paid for using the onsite App.

Our apartment is located in the sought after district of The Suffolks, a short stroll to the vibrant Bath Road with its host of individual shops, cafes and restaurants. This area is one of the most desirable locations in Cheltenham being situated just a short walk to everything Cheltenham has to offer including a fantastic selection of world renowned Schools to include Cheltenham College, Cheltenham Ladies' and Dean Close. Cheltenham also plays host to several festivals to include the literature, food, jazz and science festivals. The Cheltenham Races is the largest festival hosted by the Spa town with the Gold Cup famed for it's incredible atmosphere at the Prestbury Park racecourse.
