Well equipped apartment with all the updates and modern amenities you need. Everything is supplied, even a little pint of milk for your tea/coffee! There is a designated parking spot so no need to worry about street parking. Would highly recommend!

Our beautifully presented modern 2 bedroom apartment is an ideal location for families and friends to explore Balloch, Loch Lomond and beyond. Situated in a quiet residential area with its own parking space, this apartment is within walking distance to bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. Balloch train station is a 5 minute walk away with direct trains to Glasgow; Stirling and Edinburgh (and their respective tourist attractions) can be reached within an hour’s drive.

The neighbourhood Our apartment is located in Balloch, Scotland at the foot of the Trossach’s National Park which conserves and protects flora and fauna such as Ben Lomond and Highland Wildlife. Balloch is a quaint village – a stone’s throw away from the stunning Loch Lomond that can be explored by boat, water-ski or by foot. Balloch Country Park is an area of approximately 200 acres and plays host to adventure parks for children, guided walks, nature trails, a sensory walled garden and stunning views of Loch Lomond as you enjoy your picnic. Balloch also enjoys different events through the year including the Highland Games, Food and Jazz Festivals, Farmer’s Markets, and competitions that include the Great Scottish Swim and the Bobath Boat race. We are within close proximity of the West Highland Way and National Cycle Route 7. We can provide you with information on exciting adventures to be enjoyed by all ages - Blair Drummond Safari Park near Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument or the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park in Aberfoyle if you are looking to travel through the trees on a zip wire!
