Property information

Langsett House is a newly refurbished home in a peaceful and central location in Wolverhampton. This snug home can sleep up to 4 people (family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children) or 3 contractors. There is one queen size bed and one double sofa bed which can be made up in advance. There is a parking space in front of the house. It's a 4 minute drive to New Cross Hospital and 4 minute drive to Wolverhampton Town Centre so is perfect for contractors coming to work in the area or relocators! 4 minutes to Wolverhampton Town Centre 4 minutes to New Cross Hospital 12 minutes to Wolverhampton football stadium 11 mintes to Jaguar Landrover 5 minutes to Wolverhampton Train Station The house is on a quite street in Wolverhampton, not far from the town centre. You will have the whole house to yourself and will not be sharing with anyone. It includes super fast fibre optic broadband and smart TV so you can login to your Netflix and Amazon accounts! We have professional cleaners come in after each guest who sanitise all work surfaces around the house including remote controls, door handles, light switches, taps and toilets. Check in times are from 3pm to 10pm daily. Early or late arrivals are accepted with 48 hours advance notice. ★IMPORTANT★: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our verification by completing the online check in form provided once your booking is confirm.
