This superb modern first floor two-bedroom apartment sits in a prime sea front position with panoramic views of the sea and Capstone Hill from the lounge. Large French doors allow access to the private balcony which contains a table, 4 chairs and 2 recliners. It is excellently located in the heart of beautiful Ilfracombe and on the seaside promenade opposite the beach. The apartment offers the ideal base for up to four family members or friends, just a 100m walk across to the local beach and with a choice of Michelin Star restaurants, coffee shops, ice-cream parlours, bars/restaurants and tea shops close by. Wildersmouth beach is directly opposite the property with the famous tunnel beaches just along the seafront to the west, about 1/2 mile. The Town centre is very close by, just a few hundred yards up the lane beside the property where you will find a full range of shops etc. There is a wonderful view of Capstone Rock, the surrounding beach and seafront from the front of the property. One medium sized car space is allocated within the building’s enclosed garage, but if you have additional needs or you feel your vehicle is too big for the space there is a council car park directly opposite where long stay tickets are available weekly if needed. The property can be found in an elevated position immediately opposite the Landmark Theatre where you can catch a show or frequent the café.
