You will find this property comfortable and spacious. The dinning table seats up to 10 . The property is situated very close to the seafront. It is perfectly located to explore all Morecambe has to offer. In addition you are moments away from local shops , pubs and eateries. Whether you're here for leisure or business we are delighted to welcome you. There is free on street parking and the property benefits from free Wi-Fi and 2 smart TV's both have Netflix’s & one has Sky Entertainment loaded.The space The ground floor is open plan and has a comfortable lounge area for working or watching TV. There is also a dinning area which can seat 10. This leads on to a kitchen which has a 5 ring induction hob / oven / dishwasher/ washing machine and dryer. At the rear of the property is a small yard. The first floor has the benefit of an additional front room, bathroom with bath. 1 bedroom has a small double bed and the the next bedroom has a double bed. The 2nd floor benefits from 1 bedroom having 2 single beds, 1 bedroom has a king-size bed and the next bedroom has a double bed. This floor has a dressing table with hairdryer in the hall. This bathroom has a shower. Guest access Please note the house is over 3 floors as it is a standard Victorian property. There are steps on each floor therefore this may be an issue if you have mobility issues. Whether you book for 1 guest or 10 the whole house is yours.
I have lived my whole life in the Morecambe area. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. As I live locally I’m always on hand for help or advice.
The property is a short walk to the beach. In Morecambe you can visit the Eric Morecambe statue on the promenade. It is just 15 minutes from Historic Lancaster by car, and with easy access to the Lake District. Morecambe Railway Station is 12 minutes’ walk away, offering trains to Lancaster, Kendal and Carnforth
