This is a well-equipped home, for the internet age with Virgin Media for your super-fast Wi-Fi and TV stations plus Netflix all viewed on a large 50" TV. All bedrooms have wireless charging or wired via the bedside lamps for all your phones and tablet devices.
My property is in a quiet cul-de-sac. There are a few local shops with the closest being just around the corner. That shop also has a cash machine. There is a public swing park just a short walk away. The closest bar/restaurant is a short drive or 10min walk away. Hamilton International Technology Park is also a short drive or 10min walk away “Hamilton International Technology Park” Has a variety of shops on site (They have a website). There are local bus stops at the of the street Route 250 (11mins to Hamilton Town Centre)
