Guildford Kip is a charming one-bed flat in Central Guildford. It is walking-distance to all amenities and two train stations. It has on open-plan living/kitchen and a double bedroom. Both rooms have large bay windows. Being south-facing, light and sunshine flood it. The whole flat is freshly refurbished and has been tastefully decorated. It is at the upper-end of Guildford main shopping street near G-Live.
Guildford is a beautiful historic town located within 40 minutes drive to London or 35 minutes train ride. It has fantastic shopping and various entertainment venues. It also has a university so is vibrant and has good night life. The Surrey Hills which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is nearby which offers great country side walks, cycling or horse riding.
