Nice modern, clean ground floor flat with a private entrance and private decking out the back. It’s 5 mins from Preston sea front,local shops and pubs. You will have full use of the flat apart from the second bedroom. It would ideally suit somebody down on work or looking for a quiet break. No late night parties or loud music. No pets or smoking. Free WiFi, use of tennis rackets, Netflix, on road parking. Open to long term bookings.
