Enjoy our newly refurbished, stylish ground floor apartment on the Barbican. It is a spacious, calm and comfortable apartment that takes you in and makes you feel right at home. There are 3 bedrooms (1 large double and 2 single bedrooms), a lovely size kitchen with dining table and chairs, a alluring large living room with a sofabed and separate loo and bathroom. The flat is perfectly situated with a 3 minute walk from the city centre and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Hoe. NOTE: We do not charge the damage deposit, we only take an authorisation request in case of any damage. Therefore the money will not leave your account or be charged unless we report any damage.
I have many interests like hiking and camping and swimming, however in terms property, I became a property professional in 2023. I needed something new and with a long term security after I went on maternity leave and decided not to get back to my old job as a secondary science teacher. I wanted to be able to spend more time with my son and have a freer schedule so I decided to learn as much as I could about property investing. I love to be able o provide a comfortable and stylish homes for guests to feel like they could live there. I enjoy the process of furnishing a home and take great pride in making it as lovely as if I were living there too. My goals are to be able to take old unloved properties and breathe life back into them and make them beautiful and amazing again.
