I love living by the sea in St Leonards with my partner and my dog (!) and am excited to share this wonderful town with visitors.

Property information

The property is a beautiful garden apartment in a villa dating from 1882 and is in a quiet, leafy road in St Leonards. It has 2 bedrooms, a new fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large living/dining room, family bathroom with bath and shower. The living room has french doors onto the garden. The property has free WiFi and a large flat screen TV. It is perfectly placed to enjoy the local bars, eateries, galleries and shops and is a 5 minute walk to the beach . Warrior Square train station with direct links to London is a 6 minute walk. Hastings is a 20 minute walk with the characterful Old Town and Fishing Quarter. Bexhill is 5 miles away, Rye is 12 miles and Battle is 5 miles.

Neighbourhood information

St Leonards on Sea is a relaxed, friendly seaside town with great pubs, cafés and restaurants most of which are within walking distance of the apartment. It also has a great live music and art scene. The historic town of Hastings is a 20 minute walk away with Hastings pier, theatre, castle ruins and very pretty, quaint Old Town full of interesting shops, pubs and restaurants. Local towns of Rye, Battle, Bexhill, Eastbourne and Tunbridge Wells are within a 30 minute drive. Brighton is a 45 minute train journey.
