Stunning panoramic beach view, recently professionally renovated to high standard including digital showers and unlimited hot water. Luxury mattresses sleep 2 adults in the master bedroom and up to 3 children in the kids room (trundle bed is full size single but best suited for up to pre-teens). Large open plan living space with comfortable seating for all. Private parking, surf locker, 24 hour access, 3 minute walk to shops and cafés, 3 minute walk to beach!
This is a family owned holiday home, which we love to spend time in - we love Cornwall and we are down there every 6 weeks or so! We have 3 children and we chose a beach side location to be close to water sports - yet it’s in the middle
of town. The apartment is clean, comfortable and a place we love to spend time in. Newquay has lots to offer whether to use as base to travel out and explore the county, or simply to stay locally in town. There is absolutely no need to drive anywhere while you are here - our car normally stays parked for a week! We hope you have a great time - Ben and Liz x
In the heart of Newquay, overlooking Towan Beach. The Blue Reef Aquarium is across the road. Short walk to supermarkets, many independent as well as high street shops, bars, ice cream parlours, cafés and much more.
Surf, SUP, body board, jet ski and kayak hire at multiple locations within short walking distance. Great sea food and street dining experiences at the harbour side.
Cinema, live music and restaurants within 5 minute walk. The town’s land train stops at the top of the road - a great way to hop on and see the town with multiple stops including the zoo, crazy golf and the trampoline park.
Short drive to many fantastic beaches such as Watergate Bay and Constantine Bay.
Padstow 35 minute drive. Eden Project 45 minute drive. Easy access to A30 and more southerly destinations such as St Ives, Penzance and Lands End.
National rail access via Newquay Train station. Easy access to A30 and road links. Dedicated parking space for 1 car at the property. Local bus and taxi services available. Land train provides a fun and accessible way for kids (and those young at heart) to see the town.
