Property information

A contemporary two bedroom apartment with large flat screen tv, central heating and double glazing. Free fast fibre broadband throughout the accommodation. A great location on Abergele Road in Colwyn Bay, its a 5 to 8 minute walk away from Bay View shopping centre which has a Morrisons supermarket and home bargains so you can pick up any amenities you need without the need for a car. The pristine Colwyn Bay Porth Eirias Beach is also within walking distance, approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk from the apartment as there is a pedestrian walk through next to the train station. The beach is part of the Waterfront project and has seen the import of Saharan quantities of fresh sand, also the promenade has been refreshed and revitalised. It really is a stunning beach. Local attractions include Eirias Park, the Welsh Mountain Zoo and the surrounding area holds many more attractions and activities for the visitor and holiday-maker.
