I designed and developed The View apartments to a high specification. They were built with holidays in mind and completed in 2020. I am easy to contact and quick to respond. Fulltime housekeeper Rachel lives on site, so there is always someone on hand should you need anything. I hope you enjoy The View apartments as much as we do.

Property information

The View is a stunning unique building on the Ilfracombe seafront and SW Coastal path. Opposite Wildersmouth Beach. Close to harbour, the Tunnels beaches wedding venue and town centre. Great as a base for exploring North Devon or as a home from home. Basement parking for 1 car (+public parking opposite). Free EV charging. Dog friendly. The View has 5 apartments in total, 3 of which are currently available Apt2 2beds,2baths,4guests - Apt3 3beds,3baths,6 guests,hottub - Apt4 3beds,3baths,6guests. Underfloor central heating, washer-dryer, Smart TV. The apartments are minimalist by design (as pictured) but have everything you need on a practical level (and if you need anything else, just ask). Access to each apartment is via lift from basement parking area. We have superfast broadband (up to 76mbps).

Neighbourhood information

The View apartments are centrally located. Immediately on the seafront less than 5 minutes walk to the harbour and the Tunnels Beaches wedding venue. Most restaurants are within less than 5 minutes walk away.
