There is a farm track to the house that is in a good state of repair though quite steep • Shared electric car charging point available - usage costs to be paid directly to the owners • Located on a working farm with herdwick sheep • Mobile reception can be variable • Pub 2 miles Shop 4.5 miles • Fresh farm eggs are available to buy from the owner £1.50 for box of 6
