Quiet residential location close to city centre, most suitable for family groups or couples. Situated within an exclusive mixed development in central Edinburgh,10 mins walk to start of the Old Town, Holyrood Palace/Scottish Parliament/Royal Mile. This modern spacious ground floor flat enjoys open aspect over Holyrood Park. Access to park grounds immediately opposite. Retail centre 5 mins walk. Free private parking space. Security control access on to property. Impressive 23' x 20' corner situated lounge/dining room overlooking Holyrood park, open plan kitchen. 2 double bedrooms , (King size/super-king size bed, can be split into two singles) one en suite. All bed linen and towels provided free of charge. Well stocked fridge/pantry providing breakfast items such as milk, bread, eggs, fruit, pastries, fruit juice, biscuits, drinks, tea, coffee, cereals, condiments etc all available at no extra costs. The apartment is situated in central Edinburgh, close to all amenities, it is also within a peaceful residential area. CONSEQUENTLY, I CAN ONLY CONSIDER ACCOMMODATING A 4 GUESTS. I ALSO CAN NOT CONSIDER SINGLE SEX GROUPS OF MORE THAN 3 GUESTS UNLESS PART OF A FAMILY GROUP.

One mile east of Edinburgh city centre. 10-15 mins walk to Holyrood Palace/Scottish Parliament/historic, start of Royal Mile. Access to Holyrood park is immediately opposite the apartment. Most Edinburgh tourist attractions within walking distance of apartment. Despite its close proximity to the centre, the apartment is located in a quiet, leafy, secure area of the city. Numerous bus routes to all areas of the city are 4 mins walk from apartment. Major shopping retail centre, food outlets, bars, restaurants and Sainsbury supermarket only 5 mins walk from apartment. Free private parking space available for guests. Major bus routes to all areas of the city are 4 mins walk from apartment. Waverley train station 15/20 mins walk from apartment. The regular tram & airport bus (no 100) terminates at Waverley Train station (15/20 mins walk from the apartment). Edinburgh airport 7 Miles. Transfers to/from airport/apartment via airport bus/tram/taxi. Most central tourist attractions are within reasonable walking distance/public transport from apartment, advisable given Edinburgh's parking restrictions and ongoing traffic congestion.
