We look forward to welcoming you soon. We have created a comfortable place close to the region's activities in the city center, less than 10 minutes by bus or car from Clermont-Ferrand. The bus for the climb to Puy de Dôme stops in front of the apartment. Vulcania is less than 15 minutes away. The thermal baths are in front of the apartment as is the Royatonic complex with outdoor and indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam

Property information

The apartment has recently been renovated, as has the building, which will make you feel at home. Composed of two bedrooms and a real sofa bed with a mattress thickness of 16 cm, so everyone gets a good night's sleep. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a pyrolysis oven, a microwave, kettle, etc. Enough to prepare you some delicious meals! The bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail and a hairdryer which are at your disposal. Everything is there to ensure that you have a great stay in our apartment! It is located in the former Athena hotel on the ground floor The appartment has a large private terrasse of 40 m2 In addition, you have the possibility of accessing an indoor and outdoor spa-pool just in front of the apartment, the Royatonic spa, to give yourself a little moment of relaxation.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the center of Royat, everything is done on foot. The Thermes is located opposite as well as Royatonic, the casino is also accessible on foot. Served by the Bus B on the square, access to the center of Clermont-Ferrand is very easy. The shuttle to the Puy-de-Dôme is also available in front of the building. A grocery storeand restaurant are located near the apartment. A free car-park is located a fex meters from the appartment
