VALENTINE BEACH HOME *** Superb bright inverted duplex T3 bis of 50m2 with a large private TERRACE SEA VIEW , on the dune of a beautiful blond sand beach *** Able to accommodate: 6 to 8 people. (including child / baby) . We accept dogs: 2 max. (70th/dog) *ON THE GROUND TERRACE, facing the ocean: The living room is bright with living room and an open equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave-grill and Nespresso, etc.), For lunch, you can enjoy the large sunny terrace with electric plancha. The sofa can be converted into one or two beds (2x80cm or 160cm). A shower room with WC. *GROUND FLOOR, facing the park: Going down a staircase you arrive at the NIGHT FLOOR: The rooms are quiet without and vis-à-vis: -A room "La Govelle" with a double bed, queen size (160cm). -A "Saint-Michel" room with a double bed, queen size (160cm). -A "cabin area" bedroom with bunk bed (2x80cm) . A bathroom (bath). The apartment was renovated in 2023 with a current decoration. You will have the necessary comfort in all seasons.
Our accommodation is managed by a concierge service ,which means that you will be assistes before, during and after your stay.They will be attentive to your every question or request to ensure that your stay goes smothly . PLEASE NOTE: Linen is optional . We provide divers and pillons.*Bed Linen and totem rentame : The service also incluses bash towels (1 per person ), a bath mat and a tea towel . Double ben Linen 35euros - single bed linen 25 euros .
VALENTINE BEACH HOME⛱ ☀ ON THE BEACH ☀ Come and enjoy our SEA VIEW apartment in an exceptional location. with DIRECT ACCESS to the magnificent Valentin blond sand BEACH but also to the SWIMMING POOL of the residence. Very close to amenities (supermarket, bakery), the SNCF station (TGV DIRECT Paris 3h30, Le Mans, Angers, Nantes) as well as the small characterful towns of Le Croisic and Batz-sur-mer. The Guérande salt marshes are visible a few meters away.
