## The space This bright and dual-aspect 91m² duplex is perfect for family or group getaways. With north and south exposures, it enjoys natural light throughout the day and offers breathtaking views of the slopes and surrounding mountains from the living room and balcony. It can accommodate up to 10 guests: - Bedroom 1: double bed with en-suite bathroom - Bedroom 2: double bed - Bedroom 3: double bed + bunk bed - Extra sleeping space upstairs: 1 double bed Upstairs, you’ll also find a second bathroom and a total of two toilets in the apartment. The main floor features a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a comfortable lounge area with a generous sofa. Floor-to-ceiling windows and the balcony make it easy to soak up the view. For your convenience, the apartment includes a washing machine and ample storage space. ## Guest access The apartment is located on the third floor of a secure residence with direct ski-in/ski-out access. A shared residence parking lot is included in the rental (ample space available at all times). A ski locker is available on the ground floor. Nearby ski lifts include Combes, Pas du Lac, and Plattières. ## The neighborhood Located in Méribel Mottaret, the apartment enjoys a prime location just minutes from the ESF ski school (both in the center and in Le Hameau), the Lac de Tueda, and beautiful walking trails. In winter, the road is regularly cleared of snow right up to the residence. ## Getting around Everything can be done on skis from the residence. By car, access is straightforward even in winter thanks to regular snow clearing. The included residence parking makes it easy to come and go.
