L'appartement est équipé d'une télévision Smart TV, du wifi, et de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour tels qu'une machine à café Senseo, d'un lave vaisselle, bouilloire, toaster, micro ondes etc. La salle de bains est équipée d’une douche à l'italienne et les toilettes sont indépendants. Le linge de maison sera fourni pour votre séjour, draps, serviettes et torchon de cuisine. ## The neighborhood Annecy Rent Lodge se trouve en plein coeur de la ville à l'entrée de la vieille ville et de ses canaux. Le lac se trouve à quelques pas de votre habitation. ## Getting around Proche de toute les commodités, pas besoin de voiture, déplacez vous à pieds tout simplement : l'emplacement est exceptionnel, la gare est à dix minutes à pieds. Pour votre stationnement, le premier parking souterrain de l’Hôtel de Ville est à 50 mètres. Des places extérieures sont disponibles dans le quartier avec un peu de patience et quelques euros par jour. Sinon nous vous conseillons de laisser votre voiture dans la zone de Vovray sortie Autoroute sud Annecy (stationnement gratuit illimité). Puis prendre le bus 7 ou 4 pour vous emmener en 3-4 arrêts à la gare (8-10 minutes de marche de l’appartement)
