Ideally situated just steps from shops and restaurants, the living room features a fireplace, and a private underground parking space is included. The ski area is only 200 meters away on foot. The apartment is on the first floor of a large family chalet with an elevator, offering 109 m² of living space and a 25 m² terrace. It features a fully equipped separate kitchen, a living-dining room with fireplace, four bedrooms (bedroom 1: two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined as a double, en-suite bathroom with WC; bedroom 2: one 160x200 cm double bed; bedroom 3: two 90x190 cm beds; small bedroom 4: bunk beds 90x190 cm), an additional bathroom, and a separate WC. You can access the large terrace with panoramic mountain views directly from the kitchen, living room, or bedroom 1. Outdoor furniture and sun loungers are provided for your comfort. There is also a ski storage room for your equipment. The chalet has three shops on the ground floor (hairdresser, photographer, pizzeria) and four other apartments. Bed linen is provided.
