Security deposit :

- To gain access to the accommodation, a security deposit of €700 is required with a non-debiting bank imprint and no impact on your payment limit (with a security fee of 1.8% + €0.25 excluding VAT on the secured amount).

- With Swikly, you have a reliable third party between the owner and the traveller for a peaceful journey. In the event of a dispute, Swikly protects travellers by verifying the owner's requests for a safe travel experience.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 10:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 700 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
