Please note that the signing of a rental contract is required before check-in, as well as the deposit, by credit card. House on 3 levels completely renovated in 2020, which can accommodate a total of 7 people and consists of: - on the ground floor, the living room/kitchen, in which there is a convertible sofa (2 people), and a toilet; - on the 1st floor, a bedroom, in which there is a queen-size bed 160x200 and a fireside chair (on which 1 person can sleep), and a bathroom (shower+sink+WC); - on the 2nd floor, a bedroom/office, in which there is a 140x190 double bed and a desk equipped with a multifunction printer and a screen, an 18 m² terrace, including tables and chairs and a barbecue, and a small secondary kitchen, equipped with a washbasin, a mini-oven, a microwave, crockery, cutlery, etc. Please note that the house is equipped with a sound level detector, and that a "camera" (connected video doorbell) is installed on the landing of the front door. All instructions regarding formalities and practical details (deposit, contract, code for the door...) will be sent to you automatically via the Booking messaging system, so it is highly recommended that you download the Booking smartphone app. Please note as well : - That the hot water tank is a bit tight for 7 people! - And that the printer has the tendency to leave dots on the sheet when printing. - The house has steps and stairs, and more generally, has not been designed for people with disabilities, and is to be considered a priori as "not accessible / not adapted". - In the immediate vicinity of the house, street parking is subject to a fee from June 1, 2023 (from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm; payment at the parking meter, or with the "PayByPhone" application on your smartphone), with free parking from July 14 to August 15 every year, and all year round north of the Boulevard des Belges (which is about a 4-minute walk from the house)
This is my personal home, where I live most of the time. Also it is (a priori!) equipped with just about everything you could need: bath towels, bed linen (which is of course systematically washed between each rental, but not ironed!!), shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper… Plus all the usual household appliances/audio-video equipment (oven, microwave, automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, amplifier and speakers with bluetooth connection, etc.) except for the washing machine. It is also equipped with a reversible heat pump, and therefore air conditioning. As this is the house where I live most of the time, I systematically leave at least a few personal items (in cupboards, drawers, fridge, etc.) during rentals, which I naturally ask you not to touch! Access to the house being done independently using a connected lock (“self check-in”), I will not have the pleasure of meeting you (at least not in person!). I will of course remain reachable during your stay, if necessary. I am very concerned about respecting the neighborhood, which is why no noise nuisance likely to disturb it will be allowed. To this end, note that access to the terrace is prohibited from 10:30 p.m.
House located in the heart of the Saint-Donatien district, 300 m from the basilica, close to all amenities (10 minute walk maximum), 7 minutes from the Nantes SNCF train station, whether by car or by bike (on foot, count 25 minutes, and by bus, 18 taking the C1), 8 minutes from the city center, either by bike or by bus (taking the C6, the stop is less than 50 m from the home), and 7 minutes from "La Beaujoire" (stadium and exhibition center "Exponantes") by car, and 12 by bus (taking the C6, again). It is possible to move from the house and around: - By public transport, the nearest bus stop being less than 50 m away: they are free on weekends (buses and trams), and for the rest of the time, transport tickets can be purchased in the Tan relay at the end of the street (Tabac Presse Le Lutetia - 58 rue du Général Buat), at the distributors at the tram stops, or directly from your phone, with the Tan app. More information on the Tan website. - By "bicloo" (self-service bicycles, two stations less than 10 min walk). More information on the dedicated website here again - And of course on foot, by car (parking is possible in the street, including at the foot of the house)... A laundromat is a 10-minute walk away (the house washing machine will unfortunately not be accessible to you).
