The spacious, bright living room is ideal for gathering, and the independent kitchen is fully equipped. A selection of games is available to entertain all ages. Outdoor Space: Enjoy a fully equipped summer kitchen for barbecues. The 2000 m² garden offers privacy, with a terrace, a private child-safe pool, and stunning sea views. The property also includes 4 parking spaces. Discover Agay: The domain provides tranquility and privacy while being close to private beaches, restaurants, bars, and water activities. Just minutes from Saint-Raphaël, 15 minutes from Fréjus, and 40 minutes from Cannes along the scenic Corniche d’Or, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views.
