This loft is located in a building built in 1870. It is very classy and well decorated. Both modern and antic style with a few antiquities. The ceiling is just somptuous with its sculptures and it is enlighted by special lights!
The "Alésia Montparnasse" area is known to be a calm and secure area: the 14th arrondissement district in Paris has the smallest poucentage of criminality. Most parisians say that they'd love to live here but that the rent here is quite expensive.
