Welcome to La Violette! As you enter, you'll be greeted by a beautiful garden with a charming brick house at the back. The interior has recently been refurbished, preserving its old-world charm. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer private space: two double beds and one single bed, all very comfortable to ensure a good night's sleep. The third bedroom is an attic room. RER B (7min walk)/ Metro 4 (10min walk) Paris centre in 20min security deposit is made from a bank card imprint

The house is located in Arcueil, a lively area with many shops, restaurants and boutiques. Just a 15-minute walk from the Vache Noire shopping centre, you'll also be well served by public transport, making it easy to get to the centre of Paris and explore all the city has to offer. RER station B (Arcueil Cachan station) is a 7-minute walk away and Metro line 4 (Lucie Aubrac station) is a 10-minute walk.
