Offer yourself a unique stay in this charming water tower transformed into a house. This atypical rental offers you: - An air-conditioned bedroom for optimal comfort with a 140cm bed, as well as a 140cm sofa bed in the living room. - A garden with a panoramic sea view for unforgettable moments of relaxation. - A pétanque court for lively games with friends or family. - Access to the beaches just 10 minutes away. - A secure private outdoor parking area for 2 vehicles. Wi-Fi connection. Ideal for travelers looking for an original and peaceful getaway. The house is small (35m²) and comfortably accommodates 2 guests. It is possible to host 2 additional guests (children, for example) thanks to the sofa bed, though this may feel a bit cramped. Please note that there are about thirty steps between the private parking area below and the house. A car/vehicle is essential due to the lack of public transportation. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required upon booking via our financial partner SWIKLY. The amount will not be charged, and only the booking fees will be your responsibility. The credit card spending limit will not be blocked, and you will have free access to the SWIKLY app for the inventory with photos, allowing you to identify any potential damages upon arrival. Russian, Ukrainian cards, and American Express are not accepted. If you are unable to pay the booking fees, we suggest asking someone close to you to pay on your behalf.
