#Le logement : Notre appartement de 55m² environ se trouve au 1er étage (avec ascenseur) d'un immeuble sécurisé et bien entretenu. Il est constitué : - d'un salon avec canapé, table basse, TV écran plat et d'une longue vue pour profiter du paysage ; - d'un balcon pour profiter de la vue avec table et chaises ; - d'une cuisine aménagée et très bien équipée avec notamment, frigo, four, lave-vaisselle, machine à café type Nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain, etc. ; - d'une chambre avec lit "King size" (180x200) de très bonne qualité et d'une TV écran plat ; - d'un petit dressing ; - d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et machine à laver ; - de WC séparés ; - d'un emplacement de parking privé au pied du logement. Et pour votre plus grand confort nous mettons à votre disposition : - une connexion internet performante avec fibre ; - tout le linge de lit et les serviettes de toilette ; - quelques épiceries de base : café, thé, sel, poivre, etc. #Quartier : Idéalement situé face à la mer, à proximité des commerces et des transports, le quartier Plage du Havre est le plus prisé de la ville.
