Situé à Ruoms, à 5 mn à pied du centre, commerces, chemin de randonnées, pistes cyclables, la rivière, de nombreux sites touristiques Loue appartement 56m2, au rez de chaussée de notre maison. Entrée autonome, place de parking , et jardin de 50 m2 avec 2 bains de soleil, un barbecue, mobilier d’extérieur . Accès à la piscine hors sol. Une chambre de 14 m2 avec lit 140*190, un séjour de 15 m2 donnant sur le jardin privatif, avec un clic-clac, un couloir dessert la salle de bain et la cuisine de 10 m2 .
Aimant voyager et découvrir différents lieux et cultures nous sommes heureux d'accueillir à notre tour les voyageurs en Ardèche. Nous connaissons des circuits de randonnées, des sites à visiter. Nous vous aiderons à programmer votre séjour en découvertes culturelles, sportives, et gastronomiques avec plaisir si tel est votre souhait
Notre quartier est situé à 5 mn à pied du centre-village , il est très calme, et accessible en vélo.
