This single-storey house has a terrace overlooking the garden, 2 bedrooms, a laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer), a private bathroom and two separate toilets. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a large fridge, a traditional oven with three electric rings and a microwave oven. In the garden, various facilities are available (tables and chairs, deckchairs). There is also free private enclosed parking in the courtyard. Several shops are within easy reach of the property. Pets allowed (with supplement).
