Enjoy a unique view of the Clain, the reliefs of Poitiers, a very large wooded park and the comfort of this 3-bedroom apartment with 6 beds and newly equipped. Due to its ideal location at Porte de Paris, you will be 4 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the city center and 15 minutes from Futuroscope. A “Superette” at the bottom of the building is open from 10 a.m. until 12:30 a.m. The apartment located at the end on the Clain side ensures calm.
You will easily be able to contact me through the application or by phone if you need help.
Calm is assured in the neighborhood, a large park is located right at the foot of the building, you can also walk a small path along the river.
