Spacious attic family suite of about 43 m² in a charming house, tastefully and authentically decorated. The suite is independent, featuring a private entrance, a sleeping area with a 160 cm bed, a second sleeping area with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, separate and private WC and bathroom, plus a space with table and chairs, small fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and courtesy tray. A dedicated relaxation area in the garden is also available for you. Please note, this suite is not suitable for children under 5 due to stairs and a barrier. You must leave the accommodation in the same condition as on arrival. The house is in the pretty, peaceful village of Sampzon, between Ruoms and Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, near the Chauvet Cave and the Ardèche Gorges. Beautiful walks start from the house, and the Ardèche river is close by. Many other activities are available depending on the season. Breakfast includes fresh homemade or local products. Dinner is available in the evening by reservation.
