Slope-side apartment with mountain views in Risoul

Located in the Risoul 1850 ski resort in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, RisoulSki Constellation offers apartments at the foot of the slopes. All apartments feature free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a balcony or terrace. Some have a seating area. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. A toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Some apartments offer mountain views. Please note that the largest apartments are 50 square metres in size, and most are smaller. The apartments can sleep many people in the bunk beds provided, but space will be very limited if the full occupancy is used. Skiing and hiking can be enjoyed in the surroundings. One ski locker per apartment is available for ski storage. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants can be found in the ski resort in summer and winter. No meals are available at the property. Guillestre train station is located 10 km away. Free public parking is available near the residence.

Company information

The RisoulSki apartments were completely renovated during the off-season. They are super equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Please note, RisoulSki is open 365 days a year, but there are in principle no shops open outside of the winter and summer seasons. Just do your shopping in the valley before going up to Risoul. It is very important to inquire at the Tourist Office to find out what will be open for your period before booking, particularly regarding the opening of the ski lifts. There is a deposit of 300 euros to be secured before your arrival at the apartment, and an associated fee of 6.78 euros (at your expense). The deposit is made via Swikly, a third-party service that offers you unparalleled protection. Swikly manages your deposit and any withdrawal, if it should take place, must be justified on our part with photos, invoices, etc. Hence the service charge. RisoulSki also pays fees to Swikly.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is amazing because you are close to everything ! A connecting track passes in the immediate vicinity of the residence (approximately 30 meters) and leads you to the snow front where the main ski lifts are located which give you access to the beautiful ski area of Risoul. Ski school meeting point super easy to reach : the connecting slope leads you straight to it ! No need to walk, just glide for 30 seconds. This is a great comfort. All kinds of shops nearby : bakery, supermarket, ski rental companies, restaurants, bars... The other part of the ski resort is also within walking distance : about 5 minutes. Booking with RisoulSki also means benefiting from great reductions on ski equipment in winter, and on various rentals in summer.

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

Please note that the biggest apartment is 50 square meters in size, but that most of the the apartments are smaller (30 square meters). The apartments can sleep many people in the bunk beds provided, but space will be very limited if the full occupancy is used. We kindly advise to not book this apartment with max occupancy.

Guests can benefit from preferential rates on ski equipment hire. More information will be provided after booking.

An end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 60 or EUR 80 according to the apartment type is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Even after paying the cleaning fee, you must clean the kitchen and wash the dishes upon departure, take out the rubbish and fold all the blankets and duvets.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for:

- EUR 11 per person per stay for bed linen for a single bed

- EUR 14 per person per stay for bed linen for a double bed

- EUR 5 per person per stay for a large towel

- EUR 8 per person per stay for a large and a small towel

Please note that all guest must pay a damage deposit of 300€ before check-in and service charge of 6.78€. The damage deposit should be paid via Swikly secured Platform

Restaurants, supermarkets and shops in the ski resort are only open in summer and winter. Outside this period, guests are advised to bring their own food, as all shops and restaurants are closed. Please check with the Risoul Tourism Office for exact opening dates.

Your keys will be put in a code box. Before your arrival, you will receive by email all the information required to find and open the code box. When you leave, simply put the keys back into the code box.

Please inform RisoulSki Constellation in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
