Property information

Ideal for a couple or a business trip, our one-bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor of a building, without elevator, combining old-world charm and modernity. You'll find a fully-equipped kitchen and hand-picked decoration but no air conditioning. The building is located in a lively street with bars and cafés very close by, the atmosphere at night can get noisy. Also please be aware that the stairs to access the apartment are quite narrow and steep. The apartment is equipped with: WIFI, TV, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave and speakers. Everything will be ready to welcome you: bed linen, towels, bathroom products, hairdryer, tea and coffee. All our apartments are non-smoking. Failure to comply with this essential rule will result in a special post-stay cleaning charge of half your deposit.

Neighbourhood information

When traveling to Paris, one must stop in le Marais! The atmosphere you encounter there is unique in the capital. Far from the great Haussmannien buildings and huge boulevards its small crooked medieval lanes, bars, restaurants, fashion boutiques, trendy shops, designers, museums and all its art galleries will give you the illusion you have left the capital. Le Marais is also famous for its mix of communities: the Jewish community, the Chinese community and the LBGTQ+ community, all gathered in this area and giving it its livelihood. It is the closest you will get to a village spirit, most of the neighborhood becomes pedestrian on the weekends, giving you a glance at the Paris of the past and a place to wander and never find your way. You will have the feeling of being in a hidden place, a hidden area a truly hidden Paris gem.
