Logement neuf 55m2, avec grande terrasse 50m2 ensoleillée exposée sud, vu Mont blanc. Dans une petite résidence de charme. Deux chambres, une salle d'eau et une cuisine toute équipée. Il y a la wifi a disposition aussi. Bien situé, à deux pas des Grands Montets, 5min en voiture d Argentiere et à peine 10 min de Chamonix. Plus a disposition un garage couvert.
je suis entièrement disponible pour répondre par téléphone ou par SMS. Je vis non loin de l appartement ce qui me permet de pouvoir être sur place régulièrement.
Le quartier est très paisible. Situé a 5 min a pieds du domaine des Grands Montets ( ski et randonnée) . IL y a une ligne de bus qui alimente toute la vallée. Elle s appelle ChamonixBus, ( vous avez les horaires sur internet) l'arrêt de bus s'appelle les grassonnets. Il est à 1min à pieds de l appartement. vous pouvez ainsi aller sur Chamonix ou aussi en direction du Tour.
