On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room bathed in natural light. Two large sofas invite you to relax. Next to this is a dining area with a table that can seat up to 8 guests. The fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opens onto the living room and dining area. The villa has two suites on the ground floor. The master suite has a Queen-size double bed and a bathroom with a double shower, heated towel rail and double washbasin. The bedroom opens onto an outdoor terrace. The second suite is also equipped with a Queen-size double bed and a shower room with shower and washbasin. There is also a separate WC and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, a terrace with a dining table and plancha grill lets you enjoy meals al fresco. The heated outdoor swimming pool is secured by an underwater electric roller shutter, guaranteeing peace and quiet for families with children.
