The property is absolutely unique. Unique old fashion style from 1920 years. Unique technology for everything (amazing lights everywhere ; magic wall in front of the huge TV screen, etc...). All the technology is like invisible making a nice experience for all of it...
I am french, 50 years old. Used and love to travel (I lived 6 years abroad) and meet new people. I am owner of several companies. Used to work in the fashion industry for 25 years now, mainly as an external CFO. I am actually working for 35 brands (and 300 brands in total since the last 15 years). I also have a showroom in the marais area, 5 minutes from the flat.
Marais Area : - Easy transportation (buses : 20 m ; Subway line 5 at 80m ; line 8 at 150m ; line 1 at 400m). - Safe - Great restaurants everywhere - Museum everywhere - shopping everywhere - Gardens everywhere So... What else ?!
