Check Out Information: On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. Before returning the keys, make sure that the apartment is in the same condition as when you found it: No broken or damaged objects, clean rooms, clothes collected, kitchen utensils washed and no rubbish (this must have been deposited in the containers on the street). Failure to comply with these rules will result in the retention of the deposit amount.
