A modern 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom villa located in the Montgo urbanization of Denia featuring sea views on a spacious 1400 m2 plot. The rear of the house offers 3 outdoor terraces and stunning mountain views from the private pool. The large garden borders the national park and offers a variety of fruit plants and cacti. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the beach on a residential cul de sac. Well equiped kitchen. Free Fast Wifi. Enjoy free access to a communal tennis court. Pets are welcome and the area is fully fenced. We have a baby cot and high chair for small children.
