This villa is perfect for a family holiday for up to 6 guests, with the option to book the adjacent family villa "Can Tomeu" for an additional 8 people. Located in the peaceful area of La Font, just 1.5 km from Pollensa village, with restaurants, shops, and museums nearby. The famous beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa are 4 km away. The house features a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and a spacious dining table. Opposite is a bright living room with large windows overlooking the garden. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each, one with an en suite shower and the other with a bathroom nearby. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning. Outside, the large pool (7x5m, depth 1-1.7m), sun loungers, barbecue, table tennis, toilet, and spacious covered terraces create a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the evenings. The villa offers fibre optic internet, ideal for working from home. Air conditioning is available 24 hours, and smoking is allowed outdoors. Pool towels and a welcome basket are included with every booking, along with an online guide full of local tips to help you enjoy your stay. Important: Please note a local tourist tax applies to all stays, as required by current regulations. This tax is charged separately and is not included in the rental price.

Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
