Our Villa Aguila in Calp welcomes guests since 2020. This holiday villa with private pool and magnificent sea and mountain views is located in a privileged area due to its tranquillity and proximity to all services. The centre of Calp with numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets is only 2.5 km away. The 1.5 km long sandy beach is only 3.5 km away. Outside there is a large terrace with a 10x5 pool with Roman steps, an outdoor shower and spectacular views of the sea, the Peñon de Ifach and the town of Calp. There is also the summer kitchen with a gas barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. In addition, there is an outdoor toilet. From another large terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view over the whole bay, the mountains and the green hinterland. Below, there is a room with table tennis and table football that you can enjoy with family or friends. The property offers space for 4 vehicles.
Inside, the villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms distributed in 3 independent living units. LIVING UNIT 1 consists of a living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, air-conditioning and access to the glazed terrace with magnificent sea views. A fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and induction hob. One bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200 cm), air conditioning and en-suite shower room. In addition, there is a separate bathroom with shower. LIVING UNIT 2 consists of a living-dining room with SAT/TDT-TV and an open kitchen with gas cooker. Two bedrooms, both with two single beds and air conditioning. Plus a bathroom with bath with shower. LIVING UNIT 3 consists of a living-dining room with SAT-TV (there are no Spanish channels here) and air conditioning, as well as an open kitchen with induction hob. Two bedrooms, one with two single beds, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower en suite, the other with double bed (135 x 190 cm) and a WC en suite.
The Michelin Star restaurant Orobianco is just 200 meters from the villa. There you can enjoy your culinary experience with a breathtaking panoramic view.
