Property information

Indivuidual duplex villa of 135 m2 and private pool and barbecue. The ground floor has a living room with direct access to the outside terrace and the kitchen, fully equipped. There is also a double room and a bathroom. Going up to the first floor we find another double room with a bathroom en suite. On the same floor you will find two other rooms with two single beds and another bathroom. The house is fully equipped with all comforts, has air conditioning and has private parking for 2 cars

Our Villa is located in the Urbanization of Cala'n Bosch in the municipality of Ciutadella de Menorca, about 200 meters from the coast, 500 meters from the white sand beach: Son Xoriguer and Calan Bosch
