This fantastic villa is situated in a very quiet, rural area on the outskirts of Sa Pobla. The finca offers spectacular panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains, Sa Pobla, Muro and Alcudia. Due to the excellent location, the beaches and towns in the area are very easy to reach. The 200m2 house was built on two levels and is surrounded by a spacious 8000m2 garden with an antique watermill, a fantastic 5x10m pool, fruit trees, a paddock with two horses and free-range chickens in the paddock.
