Property information

The property is set on a large plot of 3,000 metres with a multitude of palm trees, beautiful gardens and where the guest will have exclusive access to a fantastic heated swimming pool from 15th March to 15th November, and a luxurious chill-out area with outdoor kitchen. For added convenience there is a completely separate entrance with private parking. The plot is shared with another house where the owners live, with separate entrance for them on the other side. Due to the size of the plot there is great discretion and privacy between the two houses.

Only 20 kilometres from Malaga city and 10 kilometres from the beaches of Torremolinos, Alhaurín de la Torre is a perfect destination for a relaxed visit in the surroundings of the Guadalhorce Valley, enjoying a good meal or a day of golf. Its proximity to the large urban centres and the large number of green areas means that many Malaga residents choose Alhaurín de la Torre to live in. A municipality that has been able to integrate the new residents and maintain its traditions and identity.
