Our property is a light and airy two-bedroomed first-floor self-catering apartment in a great location in the central square of Los Alcázares. It’s convenient for many local attractions, including the Promenade, and is only a five-minute walk to the beach. It’s fully furnished to a high standard with French doors to a balcony overlooking the bars, shops, and restaurants below, where there is also an open grassed area where cars are not permitted, making it a safe and relaxed space to stroll. There is air-conditioning in the main area and in the double bedroom. There are remote control ceiling fans in both the living area and bedrooms. Free WiFi is installed, so if you wish to bring over your Amazon stick, you can access all your usual viewing whilst away from home. There is a TV & DVD player and a cd player, all with a selection of English films and music suitable for all ages , plus an assortment of games. Bedroom 1 - has a double bed. Bedroom 2 - two single beds. The well equipped kitchen has a cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, & a George Foreman grill. The bathroom has a new walk-in shower, toilet, and basin unit with a tall storage cupboard. There’s a table and four chairs on the balcony, beach chairs and a cool box available. There’s a ramp & lift in the building to help with suitcases, buggies, and wheelchairs, and an underground parking space is available on request.
We are Sheron & Peter and we look forward to welcoming you to our comfortable and excellently located 2 bedroomed, self-catering apartment. We are English speaking only. We are trying to learn Spanish so apologise to guests in advance that we will rely on Google Translate in the meantime.
The apartment is close to shops, bars and good restaurants. The neighbourhood is friendly and relaxed and is a short 5 minute pleasant walk to the beach where there are beach bars and facilities. Breakfast on the beach at one of the beach cafe's is a pleasant way to start the day. The Mar Menor is a safe water space approx 4 degrees warmer than the sea that feeds it. Cartagena is a 20 minute drive and is steeped in history - a must for visitors. See online for more information about the location and amenities nearby. There's lots to do, see and enjoy in the area.
