Casa RocaSol is a beautiful, new penthouse, completed in 2021. This “roof top” apartment (130 m2) is located in a very central location in Denia! Within 10 minutes walk you are in the characteristic old center, and 5 minutes on the beach and Marina (port of Denia) with all kind of fancy restaurants. A supermarket is only 3 minutes away. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is therefore suitable for 4 people. The apartment features a fantastic roof terrace (65 m2) overlooking the Montgo mountain, the harbour and the city. The master bedroom has a double bed and has a bathroom en-suite with a toilet, a sink and a spacious walk-in shower. Bedroom two also has a double bed or two single beds. The second bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a bathtub (with shower). Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and heating. Through the bright living room you can reach the terrace through a sliding door. From the terrace you have a view of the pool and garden. The terrace features a dining table and a comfortable lounge sofa. The spacious roof terrace can be reached from the living room. Here you have sun all year round. The apartment is therefore also an excellent choice in the winter months. The modern kitchen is fully equipped; namely a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, an air fryer and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment features Wi-Fi, a smart TV and a washing machine. The complex features a shared courtyard garden with a very spacious swimming pool (+/- 25 meters long), jacuzzi and children's pool. There are also various play equipment for the children and our guests are allowed to use the common gym.
We are a young family, travelled the world and found our mediterranen dream in Spain. The central location of RocaSol (everything is near) and the exclusive roof terrace is exceptional. We would like to share our mediterraan dream with you, fellow life enjoyers!
Central to city center, supermarket, beach and lively marina. Everything is on walking distance ( 5-10 minutes max) and convenient to reach. Denia offers all kind watersport activities and has two harbors for sailing and boat trips (even to Ibiza and Formentera) In the area you will find a selection of paddel and tennis courts, several Golf clubs and the largest shopping mall of the region.
