Welcome to this stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment of 132 m2, offering a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Inside, you'll find: A spacious living room with modern decor, a cozy sofa, armchair, smart TV, and sound system. Large windows with balconies offer views of San Juan Church. A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and juice maker. The dining area seats six, plus a bar table for three for casual meals. Both bedrooms are designed for comfort: The master bedroom features a double bed, spacious closet, window, and TV. The second bedroom includes a double bed, bedside table, mirror, and a balcony overlooking the lively street. There are two modern bathrooms with showers and a convenient dressing room for added storage. ⚠️ The street is pedestrian-only, so parking requires walking from the parking area to the apartment. Parking dimensions: 230 cm (width) x 460 cm (length) x 210 cm (height). We manage multiple apartments in the building! Contact us for more information if you'd like to rent more for your group. Access is digital via smartphone with internet. You’ll receive instructions on how to use the digital key system after booking. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
