⚠️ The apartment is on the first floor with limited daylight, facing the patio. Located in the city center in an older building, you may hear noise from people entering the building and city sounds. The WiFi is not high-speed, so it may not be suitable for remote work. This modern studio in the historic center is located in a building set in the traditional Andalusian style. The captivating inner patio and its decoration will make you live a true Malaga experience to the fullest. There is a possibility to book more than one apartment in the same building. Contact us for more details In this accommodation, you will have the ideal location to enjoy the city to the fullest. It is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator that leads directly into the studio. The building used to be the Museum of Dolls of Malaga. It has been recently completely renovated and turned into private apartments with large common areas such as the patio that keep the traditional charm of Andalusia. The bedroom has a large double bed, two bedside tables, air conditioning, and an open closet. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, pots, pans, and crockery. It also has a dining table and a window overlooking the inner patio. AC and heating are also available. The access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
