The property consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed with two singles. Full bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen together with the living-dining room with direct access to the terrace to enjoy incredible sunsets. Finally, it has hot-cold air conditioning, parking in the same building, elevator and wifi. It is located a few meters from the center and close to all kinds of shops and restaurants.

Palamós is a coastal town with its promenade, its exquisite restaurant area, its old town and a lot of youth movement. But let's not forget that we are talking about the Costa Brava, an ideal destination that adapts to all tastes and concerns. And it has from mountain routes, innumerable coves with crystal clear water, to inland towns with their charm and medieval magic. But above all, the territory of "l'Empordà" is famous for its wine tastings and its exquisite gastronomy.
