Property information

This top level apartment has stunning views from the terrace over the`popular resort of Mojon Hills and the sparkling sea of the bay of Mazarron. The apartment has been tastefully furnished to a high standard and offers comfortable accommodation for families and couples. There is a tiled garden area to the front of the apartment, shady in high summer and ideal for taking a siesta out of the heat of the afternoon sun. The apartment has a security alarm for guests peace of mind. The entrance door leads directly into the open plan living area, which has comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and coffee table. The open plan dining area seats 4 in comfort, but there is also plenty of outdoor furniture for eating outside on the sunny terrace with sea views. The corridor has a shower room with shower, Wc and basin. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and patio doors with direct access to the sun terrace. The twin room has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a laptop safe in the wardrobe of this room and the bedroom door can be locked for extra security. The apartment has air conditioning run by a ducted system, which also can act as heating in the cooler winter months. The large sun terrace has an outdoor dining set and parasol to offer shade. Mojon Hills resort is close to Isla Plana village, with shops, bars, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and everything you need for day to day living, including a supermarket. The beach is also within walking distance but car hire is recommended to fully explore the area as the city of Cartagena is a 20 minute drive away and from the provincial capital Murcia approximately a 45 minute drive. The water park and Terranatura zoo are also approx 45 minutes by car. The closest beach is a ten minute walk down the hill, and the beach at Isla Plana approx 20 minutes walk away. The Blue Flag beaches of the larger town of Puerto de Mazarron are 10 minutes away by car,

Neighbourhood information

The local area of Isla Plana with bars, restaurants and a pharmacy, whilst the larger shopping complex and the centre of Puerto de Mazarrón are just a few minutes drive away. The promenade or paseo is approximately a 10 minute walk, as is the closest beach. Kids will enjoy the long beaches, some with inflatable aqua play forts in summer, and water sports such as jetski, kayaking, diving and sailing are available locally. There is a tourist train in high season, and a glass bottomed boat offering trips around the coastline. And with the larger cities and shopping centers of Cartagena and Murcia within 45 minutes drive, there is something to do for every member of the family.
